Best fantasy football waiver wire pickups after Week 6

Stefon Diggs, WR, Vikings. We’ve been trying to warn you about Diggs for a couple weeks, but in case you weren’t paying attention, now’s the time to grab him. Diggs caught seven of nine targets for 129 yards against Kansas City in Week 6, proving, if nothing else, that he can exploit bad pass defenses. With the Vikings looking for playmakers, Diggs should continue to get playing time even when Charles Johnson (ribs) returns.

Michael Floyd, WR, Cardinals. Floyd caught his first touchdown of the season and received a season-high eight targets, including several in the end zone, in Week 6. He started trending upward with 12 targets in Weeks 3 and 4, and it looks like he’ll continue to be a relatively big part of the Cardinals’ offense. Consistency will be an issue with John Brown and Larry Fitzgerald also putting up big numbers, but Floyd is worth owning.

James Starks, RB, Packers. Starks’ big Week 6 was primary the result of two plays, but we know he’s a valuable handcuff to Eddie Lacy, and he’s involved enough in Green Bay’s offense that he could have flex value some weeks. With Lacy barely seeing the ball against the Chargers, Starks’ potential becomes even more intriguing.
