Before you dive in, remember that all your Falcons, Broncos, Jets and Chargers are all sits this week because they’re on a bye and not playing.

OK, the simple stuff is out of the way, let’s get to the tough calls.

WEEK 11 RANKINGSQuarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

Fantasy Football Week 11 Start ’em: Quarterbacks

Derek Carr, Raiders (vs. Texans). Houston is pretty good against the pass, but Oakland’s two wide receivers, Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree, are both tough covers because of their route running. After a bye and an extra day to get revved up to put on a show in Mexico, Carr and the Raiders’ offense will deal a luxury performance.

DFS Steal: Blake Bortles, Jaguars (at Lions, $7,200 on FanDuel). Bortles hasn’t been that good in reality, but he’s back to the fantasy-favorite QB we saw for much of last season. Sure, there will be mistakes, but at least he’s back to connecting with his top targets and chucking in the red zone. Detroit is ripe to be picked that way.

Four more: Marcus Mariota, Titans (at Colts), Tyrod Taylor, Bills (at Bengals), Kirk Cousins, Redskins (vs. Packers) Colin Kaepernick, 49ers (vs. Patriots).

WEEK 11 DFS: DK cash lineup | FD tournament | DK tournament | FD cash | Values | DFS lineup builder

Fantasy Football Week 11 Sit ’em: Quarterbacks

Carson Palmer, Cardinals (at Vikings). Palmer racked up big yardage against San Francisco, but he had another turnover-filled mess of a game with only one TD. On the road against Minnesota’s swarming front doesn’t sound like a great rebound opportunity.

Four more: Jameis Winston, Buccaneers (at Chiefs), Joe Flacco, Ravens (at Cowboys), Andy Dalton, Bengals (vs. Bills), Sam Bradford, Vikings (vs. Cardinals)

Fantasy Football Week 11 Start ’em: Running backs

Jeremy Hill, Bengals (vs. Bills). Buffalo has had trouble with power runners and tends to give up a smashing short score more often than not. That works for Hill’s skill set in what should be a sneaky high-scoring game. He’s right there with A.J. Green and Tyler Eifert as one of the team’s go-to TD makers.

DFS Steal: Latavius Murray, Raiders (vs. Texans, $6,400 on FanDuel). Yes, the fact that Carr is a good play won’t take away from wanting to roll with Murray, too. In his limited prime-time action, he’s delivered with both big runs and short TDs. He’ll be ready for an MNF fiesta with the floor of 80 yards and a score.

Four more: Robert Kelley, Redskins (vs. Packers), Isaiah Crowell, Browns (vs. Steelers), Jonathan Stewart, Panthers (vs. Saints), James Starks, Packers (at Redskins)

Fantasy Football Week 11 Sit ’em: Running backs

Ryan Mathews, Eagles (at Seahawks). Mathews got ridiculously high volume in addition to red-zone touches and came through with a big game against Atlanta, but that was the product of facing the Falcons defense in an easy ball-control game plan. Seattle can both stuff Mathews and take Philly’s offense totally out of its desired game flow.

Four-ish more: Todd Gurley, Rams (vs. Dolphins), Mark Ingram and Tim Hightower, Saints (at Panthers), Rashad Jennings, Giants (vs. Bears), Thomas Rawls, Seahawks (vs. Eagles).

Fantasy Football Week 11 Start ’em: Wide receivers

Robert Woods, Bills (at Bengals). Woods wowed everyone by lighting up The Legion of Boom his last time out, proving he’s no pushover fill-in No. 1 while Sammy Watkins remains down. Taylor trusts him all over the field, and Buffalo should be throwing quite a bit to keep up with Cincy.

DFS Steal: Sterling Shepard, Giants (vs. Bears, $5,900 on FanDuel). Chicago’s secondary is beat up and thinning, and it will have its hands full trying to slow down Odell Beckham Jr. Shepard is capable of torching his one-on-one matchups downfield. Eli Manning is hot again, and that gives Shepard a shot to go off here for a bargain price.

Four-ish more: Pierre Garcon and Jamison Crowder, Redskins (vs. Packers), Tyreek Hill, Chiefs (vs. Buccaneers), Kenny Britt, Rams (vs. Dolphins), Eli Rogers, Steelers (at Browns).

Fantasy Football Week 11 Sit ’em: Wide receivers

Mike Wallace, Ravens (at Cowboys). The Cowboys are solid at containing speedsters who run mostly vertical routes on the perimeter. They have a lot more trouble with versatile slot types. While Steve Smith Sr. is a good play, that makes Wallace a poor option.

Four-ish more: Jordan Matthews, Eagles (at Seahawks), Michael Floyd, John Brown and J.J. Nelson, Cardinals (at Vikings), Marvin Jones Jr., Lions (vs. Jaguars), Randall Cobb, Packers (at Redskins).

Fantasy Football Week 11 Start ’em: Tight end

Eric Ebron, Lions (vs. Jaguars). Overall, Jacksonville hasn’t allowed too many fantasy points to the position, but it can be burned in the red zone. With the Jaguars’ corners containing Matthew Stafford’s wideouts, Ebron’s intermediate work will hit paydirt.

DFS Steal: Martellus Bennett, Patriots (at 49ers, $5,200 on FanDuel). There’s a pretty good chance Rob Gronkowski will need to miss a trip to San Francisco. Bennett is coming off dropping a hundy on Seattle. That all adds up to a very nice price for a strong TE1 in a cake matchup.

Four more: Coby Fleener, Saints (at Panthers), Julius Thomas, Jaguars (at Lions), Lance Kendricks, Rams (vs. Dolphins), Vernon Davis, Redskins (vs. Packers)

Fantasy Football Week 11 Sit ’em: Tight end

Kyle Rudolph, Vikings (vs. Cardinals). Fantasy football analysts have scored as many touchdowns against Arizona as tight ends have this season: A big fat zero. The Cards have caused several good ones to fold, including Greg Olsen and Jimmy Graham of late. It’s hard to see Rudolph’s red-zone nose guiding your team to good points.

Four more: Dennis Pitta, Ravens (at Cowboys), Cameron Brate, Buccaneers (at Chiefs), Jason Witten, Cowboys (vs. Ravens), Zach Ertz, Eagles (at Seahawks)

Fantasy Football Week 11 Start ’em: Defenses

Dolphins (at Rams). Miami was gifted four INTS and a pick-six against the Chargers, thanks to a veteran meltdown by Philip Rivers. Staying in SoCal, the Fins draw rookie QB Jared Goff in his NFL debut. It’s another strong streaming week for them in what feels like an ugly defensive struggle.

DFS Steal: Giants (vs. Bears, $4,700 on FanDuel). Chicago’s offense has a ton of issues, led by Jay Cutler’s slump and Alshon Jeferey’s suspension. Big Blue has come alive a bit with the pass rush, and the turnovers are bound to follow. Go for the G-Men now, knowing they will also get the Browns next week.

Four more: Vikings (vs. Cardinals), Raiders (vs. Texans), Rams (vs. Dolphins), Lions (vs. Jaguars).

Fantasy Football Week 11 Sit ’em: Defenses

Steelers (at Browns). Speaking of the Browns, there might be some temptation to stream Pittsburgh against them this week. But think again. Cleveland is pretty good at putting up garbage points and yards at home while cutting down on mistakes. Plus, the Steelers’ injury-riddled group is too hard to trust against anyone.

Four more: Texans (vs. Raiders), Ravens (at Cowboys), Eagles (at Seahawks), Bills (at Bengals)
