Alfred Blue will lead a committee for the Texans while Justin Forsett earned the start for the Ravens. We expect rookie Lorenzo Taliaferro to get some work as well.

Here’s a look at the rest of Sunday’s key injuries around the league:

  • Chargers RB Danny Woodhead was carted off the field with an apparent ankle injury and is questionable to return. Donald Brown should see an increase in passing-down snaps. Also, look for rookie Marion Grice to spell him. UPDATE: Woodhead needs surgery on his fractured fibula and ankle and will miss the rest of the season.

  • Eagles RB LeSean McCoy took a big hit around the shoulder/head area and was taken to the locker room by team trainers. UPDATE: McCoy has returned to the field.

  • Vikings QB Matt Cassel was carted to the locker room with a left toe injury. Teddy Bridgewater has replaced him on the field. UPDATE: Cassel fractured several bones in his foot and is out indefinitely.

  • Vikings TE Kyle Rudolph left the game with a groin injury and is questionable to return. UPDATE: Rudolph reportedly needs surgery and will miss about six weeks.

  • Rams WR Brian Quick left the game holding his lower back and was being attended to on the sideline. UPDATE: Quick has returned the game.

  • Ravens TE Dennis Pitta fell to the ground without being contacted and was carted to the locker room. UPDATE: Pitta underwent surgery to repair his dislocated right hip on Monday and is done for the season. Owen Daniels is the Ravens’ top tight end now and worth a look in very deep leagues.

  • Raiders WR Rod Streater left the game with a foot injury and is questionable to return. UPDATE: Streater’s injury is a fractured foot.

  • Redskins RB Alfred Morris left the game with a knee injury and is questionable to return. UPDATE: Morris has returned to the field.

  • Colts WR T.Y. Hilton left the game with an ankle injury. He is questionable to return. UPDATE: Head coach Chuck Pagano said nothing seems serious with Hilton’s ankle injury.

  • Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart left Sunday night’s game with a knee injury and did not return. UPDATE: The Charlotte Observer suggests Stewart’s knee sprain could cost him a month.

  • Panthers RB Mike Tolbert suffered a hairline fracture in his left leg and will be out indefinitely. Williams could lead this backfield for the foreseeable future. UPDATE: The Charlotte Observer reports Tolbert could miss “more than a month.”

  • Titans QB Jake Locker suffered an injury to his right (throwing) wrist in Week 3, and the Titans are unsure of his status for Week 4 against the Colts. Charlie Whitehurst and rookie Zach Mettenberger are next on the depth chart.
